About
The Woodlands Community Development District is an independent, multi-functional special district, which has been established pursuant to Chapter 190 of the Florida statutes. The District operates and/or maintains systems such as storm-water drainage, management of drainage and wetland preservation areas, water-main and distribution lines, landscape medians and buffer areas, the non-potable water irrigation system sanitary sewer lines, collection systems, and entry and identification monuments. While the bonded improvements of the District assesments is fixed and amortorized over 30 years, the operations and maintenance cost of the District and applicable county admistration fees may vary from year to year, The District will address any other needs, which have been identified by the Board of Supervisors as neccessary.
